Conduct rules
This is a translation provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Portuguese version prevails.
We want a fair game for everyone. The rules below apply to all accounts. Anyone who breaks them may lose their account, with no refund of donations or VIP, except what the law guarantees (see section 10 of the Terms of Use).
🚫 Permanent ban, no warning (zero tolerance)
1. Hacking and cheating
- Using programs, scripts, bots, macros, autoclickers or extensions that play for you or change the game.
- Modifying the game in the browser, its memory, its traffic or the requests sent to the server.
- Using any client, tool or API access that is not the official game.
- Leaving the game open and fighting on its own is allowed: it is an idle game.
2. Using bugs (exploits)
- Taking advantage of any flaw in the game to gain items, diamonds, cards, yen, ranking position or any other advantage.
- This applies to whoever found the flaw and to whoever learned it from someone else.
- Repeating a known flaw, or teaching or spreading the method, is also a ban.
Found a bug? Stop using it and tell us within 24 hours by email at [email protected] or in the 🐛・bugs channel on Discord. Anyone who reports in good faith and does not abuse it is not punished.
3. Security attacks
- Trying to break into accounts, the server or the game's admin panel.
- Testing security flaws without authorization.
- Overloading the service (DDoS, request flooding).
- Mass-copying data or trying to access other players' data.
- Found a security flaw? Do not test it: tell support.
4. Account theft and scams
- Asking anyone for a password, verification code (2FA) or payment details.
- Creating fake pages or links (phishing).
- Posing as the game team or as another player.
5. Donation fraud
- Using another person's card or payment account without authorization.
- Disputing a donation in bad faith (improper chargeback).
- Abusing the refund request.
6. Real-money trading
- Selling, buying, renting or swapping accounts.
- Trading diamonds, cards, items or services (such as "power-leveling" an account) for money or anything outside the game.
7. Multiple accounts for an advantage
- Creating or controlling other accounts to multiply invites, gifts, rewards, PvP points or Market trades.
- Artificially moving value from one account to another.
8. Evading a ban
- Creating or using another account after being banned. The new account is banned too.
9. Illegal content
- Spreading illegal content, sexual exploitation content or serious threats.
- Using the game for any other purpose contrary to the law.
⚠️ Suspension (can become a ban if repeated)
- Insulting, harassing, threatening or discriminating against other players, or using hate speech.
- Posting sexual or violent content in chat or in public names and descriptions.
- Spamming or flooding, or promoting other games, sites or services.
- Using an offensive username or Guild name, or one that imitates another person or the team.
- Lending or sharing the account.
- Fixing results in PvP or in the tournament, or losing on purpose to benefit someone.
- Using a flaw without realizing it and not reporting it after finding out.
What happens along with the penalty
- Everything gained through the violation is removed or corrected: items, diamonds, cards, ranking and prizes.
- Accounts linked to the same person may be punished together.
- Banned accounts get no refund of donations, diamonds or VIP, except what the law guarantees (see section 10 of the Terms of Use).
- If you think the penalty was a mistake, write to [email protected]. A person on the team will review the case.
